These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the entire relationship between 444bro and any person who accesses, registers on, or uses the 444bro platform at 444bro.net ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered by 444bro, including but not limited to the sports sportsbook, live casino, slots, and all promotional activities.

444bro operates under an internationally recognised gaming license. Each individual may maintain only one (1) 444bro account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or the same household — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts with forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

444bro reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing compliance review. You must not share your login details with any third party, and 444bro will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of credential sharing or negligence on your part.

You must notify 444bro immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 444bro may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend an account suspected of being compromised pending investigation.

It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact details — particularly your mobile number — current and accurate. 444bro uses your registered mobile number for password recovery, 2FA, and critical account communications. 444bro is not responsible for any failure to receive time-sensitive communications resulting from outdated contact details.

444bro supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

All deposits made to a 444bro account must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the 444bro account. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 444bro reserves the right to return third-party deposits and close the associated account.

All sports betting activity on 444bro is subject to these general terms as well as the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are published within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict, market-specific rules take precedence over general terms within the context of that market.

444bro reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or human data-entry mistake. Bets may be restricted, returned, or voided in the event of match abandonment, weather interruption, venue changes, or any event that materially alters the conditions under which odds were originally offered.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444bro's aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

444bro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even where 444bro has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

444bro does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may cause temporary service unavailability. 444bro will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where possible.

444bro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within required timelines;
• Requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities;
• Responsible gaming concerns, including risk indicators of problem gambling behaviour.

Players may close their own 444bro account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.
